I don't really want this to come out very rude with the +reps I already have but my opinion on the matter of a promotion is that I have not really done much of anything at all for myself all I have really done is ask another staff member what to do the entire time I believe I should wait until atleast after next week in which case I will go the full week withought asking a question to see if I am even worthy of a promotion or not

In the few weeks that Fox has been a tmod, he has already shown lots of maturity. He handles reports/problems very well and knows what he is doin.

Fox is a very good t-mod. Whenever he is unsure about something, he asks a fellow staff member what he should do. Asking these questions means he really wants to learn and improve as a staff member, and that is amazing. I do believe he deserves to be promoted, just not quite yet, he is almost ready.
EDIT: Now that the test idea is scrapped, Fox has improved a lot since my comment above, and hardly asks questions any more. I feel he has a full grasp on the rules and is ready to be given moderator. +rep
