I think you should remove the day count thing. How am I supposed to know how long you've been tmod? Sometimes I don't even write when I promote someone!!! Plus, days don't matter IMO.

I do get where backstab is coming from on this, since there is sometimes staff who still aren't good enough after a certain period of time (Bobonator for example), and there are other staff members who improve very quickly. Granted there should be some form of time period in place, it's not super necessary. |
