Backstab has allowed me to suggest some requirements for epicnoobs to promote people, for ex, tmod gets promoted to mod because people voted for him/her, and meets all requirements. STAFF ONLY Trial Moderator = .5 rep Moderator - Veteran Moderator = 1 rep Administrator - Epicnoob = 1.5 rep, and an admin rep The way you want to get promotions, you suggest people for promotions, no need to apply. Trial moderator to Moderator: 7-8 reps with 2 admin repsModerator to Veteran Moderator: 7 reps with 1 admin repVeteran Moderator to Administrator: 8 reps with 3 admin repsAdministrator to Veteran Administrator: 9 reps with 2 admin reps
Wait at least a few weeks before trying to get another promotion.

I actually made a test for trial mods last year.I deleted the questions, but I can write them again, and come up with better ones. Also,I don't really see the point for admins to take a test especially since it would be like giving a really smart kid a test on material than they have seen over and over and over.I just can't imagine what they would be tested over.I think it's better to give a test to t-mods to make them more aware of scenarios and rules that they would be encountering on their duty as staff.I even had a second test, which is in the server where I set up fake scenarios with other staff to let trial mods resolve the report I make(I guess you can call me out on making false reports, but we only did it to see if the t mods were improving. And no,these weren't typical "rdm" reports where I shoot someone in the head.I wanted to see if they could use the shot logs or the death scene and evidence from chat and all that good stuff.Basically more complicated cases of rdm) I'm still skeptical on staff being required a certain number of days to be promoted.I think they should be promoted based on their quality and speed in handling situations(Basically, better staff member=faster rankup) in the server.Time is critical especially when the server has less than 6 months(I think) left until it closes,so if time were a requirement, people who apply in winter will never get the opportunity to get promoted to no more than a mod.

The server is not guaranteed to close in winter
I do believe in some staff being promoted quicker than others on how well they perform, that's why i did the #-#.
also, the only way this would work is time based, unless you have a different opinion on how the system should work, the Epicnoobs are promoting people through this way.

Are we gonna have to create tmod type threads or are we just gonna stick with the otha one?

I feel like this is a good idea, it will give people an opportunity to show staff what they are good at, and need to work on whenever they apply for a promotion. I second what Jam said about the test for t-mod to mod.

And will it be like tmod reps or each rep counts as a full 1.00? cuz otherwise it might take forever.

If I remember correctly, I'm the only one who passed Jam's test. He never questioned me That's because I mostly tested t-mods and people who applied.I asked only hard questions to higher staff to see if it was worded and thought out correctly.Basically to gather information from non mods to see if the questions were appropriate to give to lower staff.

I think that Rag should be promoted ( just sayin')He was trial mod much longer then me and we were promoted at the same time as me. He has more experience and does his job well. Tis all.
