How long do you propose we ban them for? Over a day would be kinda ridiculous for just a warn. Like an hour or two?

I think banning is a cruel punishment itself for just a warn. Some people can leave/crash without even knowing that they were supposed to be warned.

i think it depends.
If a user joins and just mic spams and is very disrespectful immediately, clearly going from server to server causing havoc, then leaves, I'd think perma banning is justified. Those kinds of people don't deserve to be welcomed back
But if a user attempt rdms seemingly on accident then leaves, such a thing isn't necessary, as being a disruptance wasnt their intention
