Today I'm going to tell you a story about how my life became what it is.
First off, before I was even born everything was set up by my grandfather, who was a great man, (and lawyer, pilot, judge, horse owner and trainer, and owned several restaurants, and also owned a truck line and a company called Fred's Fast Freight)
And so with all of his money he bought a Big house on the farm to raise a family, one of his sons(my dad) would go on and expand the horse racing and build a company in our name: Bradley Racing Stables INC. From there I was born along with my 2 sisters. We grew up on the farm, and we would be lucky enough to have a Grade 1 winner horse, his name was Brass Hat, he would earn over 2 million dollars for us. He made it possible to continue the business, and because we were able to continue we were able to breed another grade 1 winner: Groupie Doll. She would make us another 2 million in her short racing career (she won 2 breeders cups in a row) and we would go on and sell her for 3.1 million. Now you might think, how did you get so lucky? The truth is we don't know why we got this lucky. But now we have another horse that just placed 2nd in a Derby and won us $100,000. Sadly though my grandfather did not get to see this as he recently passed away at the age of 85. So hopefully you have learned something about me, I thought maybe my life might be interesting enough to tell a little story about it. So yea, my family raises and races horses, and sometimes sell them if the price is worth it. If anyone has any interesting stories they would like to share, please share them.
