Praetor Wolf Unban Appeal

there's a post made by tuk reporting your supposed abuses, check the report a staff member threads

We were shown proof of you abusing your powers on Backstab's server. Then Backstab banned you for doing so.

i replied to your post tuktuk. If you unban me backstab, make sure to remove my Tmod role. I'd rather keep enjoying my time on the server than get into a whole bunch of drama with an admin.

Don't worry, i am voluntarily resigning from a Tmod. I explained why in my staff report.

I still have not been unbanned from the server, and as i said before, I WAS NOT ABUSING MY POWERS AS A STAFF MEMBER. I shouldn't have been banned in the first place, but i was not give any chance to defend myself or explain my actions.

I killed the detective as an inno. i was typing out "!slaynr" literally while i was being shot at by the innos who were there.

Actually you can see in the console that a vote had passed. It was a vote to kick her. I was not aware that only the person who initiated the vote can kick the person, but i do now.

I was messing around, and it was first round of the map. I admit i did RDM sound. I also gave myself both the slays.(I can also vaguely remember sound trying to tell me to just remove the slays because he didn't care, but im not positive so i won't say it happened for sure)

I will admit i shouldn't have even joked about that. I already knew he wouldn't ban himself because someone had mentioned before that he had his Steam ID memorized, and i didn't try to hide the fact it was his steam ID either. It isn't in the screen shot but he messaged me afterwards asking whose steam ID it was and i believe my response was "Yours ."
(look at the !P logs. It is there.)

Lets tally it up folks.

The number of slays i accrued over the course of a couple of days where i had been very active is: 3.
If i recall correctly, it is only a Permaban if they get 4 or more slays(possibly even higher than that), and i would check but i am still banned from the server and can't find the rules.

I created this unban appeal before i knew that i had a staff report. i created this right after trying to get onto the server. At that time i said i NEVER abused my power as a staff member, and after going through yesterday and looking over all the evidence that was used against me, i can still say that I NEVER ABUSED MY POWERS AS STAFF.
Don't misunderstand me, i am very happy and thankful of backstab to have agreed to let me back onto the server, but i am still unhappy with the whole entire situation.
No, i don't want to become staff again, even if i were given the role back i wouldn't take it. I realize i have more freedom and power as a regular user than a member of staff.

ALL I WANT IS FOR BACKSTAB TO KNOW THAT I WOULD NEVER BETRAY HIS TRUST AND ABUSE MY POSITION AS STAFF.

I know there were some people who were and still are against me becoming Staff, saying i am not mature enough. I wanted to become Tmod and prove to them that i could be trusted, and that i could be mature enough. They might be right, that i am not mature enough to become staff, and at this point i agree with them. What i cannot accept is the accusations that i abused my powers, betraying the trust that was put in me by backstab and the rest of the staff. I remember in the rules that you need to look at both sides of an argument before making any decisions, but i was not given a chance to give my side of the argument.

If you still cannot believe me or still think that i blatantly abused my powers when i was staff, then you don't have to worry about unbanning me, because i will not be returning to the server. It would hurt too much.

Backstab already said he will unban you.

I know he is going to unban me, but from what he said he still thinks that i had abused my powers as a Tmod. thats whats bugging me

You said you killed the detective as inno and only gave yourself 1 slay. That is 2 slays.

From this last post, I know you don't know some stuff. So how sure can you be that you didn't accidentally abuse without your knowledge of doing so?

Your right, thats my bad. Partially why i don't think i should be a Tmod anymore is because i would frequently forget about that. I probably slayed myself twice but i don't remember. i just remember i did slay myself right after the incident.

It's okay. People make mistakes. I'm not gonna be mean about it.

Trying to get an admin to ban himself is no joke. Not funny. Kicking Gho for a stupid reason like a vote that another admin made is also not really justified...

Perhaps you didn't "abuse", but you do not provide concrete evidence like screenshots to back yourself up. The only thing we have is to trust your words that you did slay yourself, etc.
