1.) i repeat. i slayed myself BEFORE THE REPORTS.
2.)As i said, i kicked her because the vote passed, the reason didnt have anything to do with that, and upon learning i was not supposed to be the one to kick her, i apologized and said i would not do that again.
3.) if you did slay yourself before you left (which i don't believe you did), you still refused to slay yourself, and when you did, you removed right before the next round, which is something i NEVER did and is very clearly Abuse.
4.) It was accidental, Sound said in the thread she didn't really care, and i slayed myself for it. Noone was angry over it, it clearly wasn't intentional, and the only person making a problem out of it is you.

I swear, this is getting repetitive, and you still had left out a LOT of information when trying to get a staff member banned. All of those pictures were taken out of context, with very little information pertaining to the situation itself, since day one you have been against me becoming a Tmod, and even BEFORE i tried to become staff you would go out of your way to mess with me. destroying my health station when you were an inno? i also didn't mention the part where you somehow managed to hop up on top of the roof of the lighthouse, without any special equipment whatsoever. This also "just happened" to come up in a conversation, along with all these screen shots at the time of the incident? I would think a staff report should be taken more seriously, and it shouldn't be done over "it came up in a casual conversation with Gho"

Since day one, you have been going out of your way to annoy me, get me in trouble, and make me look bad in front of Backstab's staff. If you have a personal problem with me, just say it instead of being petty, or is this how staff are expected to act on this server?

I'm gonna stop arguing 'cause this is going nowhere.

Also i just remembered, when I was online and only backstab had been on, i was being questioned by him, when i wasn't slaying myself for RDM when there wasn't a report up. I slay myself when i know i messed up to avoid situations like THAT. I don't need to be reported to know i made a mistake and should be slain, which is something i'd hope all the staff on Backstab's would do, but now im being banned for it?

clearly you have a grudge with me, and you also left out you had destroyed my health station before that and that you were Inno.
ANOTHER instance of you purposefully leaving information out, and holding a grudge against me.

If you still won't talk with me about this issue, i will gladly bring it up to backstab, and see if you would talk with me THEN.
I should have the right to confront my accuser and question him if it means me being Perma banned.

It was a joke(from a real incident) at first but when I took more time to investigate I saw what you really do.

So you are saying you -rep'd me on my Tmod application as a joke?
Is this staff report also supposed to be a joke? You should take your job as a veteran admin more seriously, then you say "i saw what you really do", leaving specific information out and being vague about the situation AGAIN.

And you still had omitted information from the staff report. I also noticed you didn't see fit to include me in the mentions, the one being reported.

Feels like you tried to get me banned before i could defend myself, and now when i try to defend myself your response is "this isn't going anywhere" where in fact i made several good points defending myself. So how about you stop dodging the subject and explain yourself.

1.) You said this came up in a random conversation, but you had several screenshots from the past couple weeks saved.
2.) You Omitted pertinent information regarding the screenshots
3.) You abused your powers and removed your slays before round starts when i was the only other Staff online after you RDM'ed me.
4.) You didn't include me in the @ mentions, the one who is being reported.
5.) if you are reporting me only because it came up in a casual conversation, you clearly aren't taking your job seriously.
6.) you KNEW i slayed myself before the reports, because when you mentioned me handling them, that is exactly what i said happened.
7.) when i tried explaining the situations to defend myself, you said "arguing isn't going to get us anywhere" and completely ignored my defense.
8.) you have yet to acknowledge or take responsibility of the fact that you left PERTINENT INFORMATION out of the report, getting me banned without me having any say.

There are several more points i could come up with, but if i have to get to that point, i will just make a formal staff report, which i noticed you already have one.

True but I don't think he should have gotten banned he should of just removed from staff

Well if you just admit the information in the original report was purposely taken out of context, that i am NOT abusing my powers as staff, and that i shouldn't have been banned, as well as APOLOGIZING to me for putting me through all this trouble, then this argument would be over pretty quickly.

I guess, I don't really care a whole lot if he is unbanned or not. I'll remove my post from his unban appeal.

You still haven't acknowledged that you purposely left information out of the staff report. As a Veteran Admin you should be expected to take responsibility for your actions. If you don't, i will make a report with my reasons as to why you should be removed from staff.
