I was banned for, (quoting the artice) "Rules Broken: Has constantly rdmed intentionally at the start of rounds, attempt rdmed other players for fun, and been overall generally rude to players who tell him to stop. Massively delays knife battles, and even runs away when staff tp him to other players to end it faster. He has repeatedly done this, despite being told to stop several times, and something needs to be done.

I should be unbanned, or have the ban shortened because images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/261588346147215230/F7194A55CACEDCE2A536AEAF69D2E6AEF399DFEE/ Is rather invalid, due to 9 of the warns being from over a year ago, and one of the recent ones from scout is "being tooo cool" making my warns for this problem only 8.
Seccondly images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/261588346147214990/BA5444B1E755EFEA7B3F7FC7A556076399EA76EE/ is also invalid due to the fact that Wafflez killed Vinz right in front of me with no warning or context, and without saying anything.
Finally images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/261588346146253091/C6AEE37E5D1B481A27F176495B9DEAC2AFAE2EA7/ is a valid peice of evidence, but it was 1 RDM, I took the slay, and left the NEXT round after the slay.
I admit that I have wronged killing the one person at the start of the round I have reason to say that the first two peices of evidece are invalid, and i should have the ban removed or shortened.

Ok.Now this is getting confusing.Wafflez says you attempt to rdm people,yet I only see 2 attempted rdm warns in all of your warns ,and those are outdated since it was 13 days ago.Also,why do I see only little evidence of reports when wafflez says that you frequently rdm at the start of the round?
Also,you didn't address the other claims he made.

Second I shadow mod a decent amount, which is when i have seen him do this the most, sadly I did not start collecting evidence till today. You can also ask AlexonTuktuk since he has seen the same thing, either shadow modding or while on his main, I am not sure. |

You did not adress the racist remark you made towards a staff member (Vinz) or how you mass delayed a knife battle by running away and hiding, and stated "you did not care" when told to stop, and even tp'd towards the last living player. |

You did not adress the racist remark you made towards a staff member (Vinz) or how you mass delayed a knife battle by running away and hiding, and stated "you did not care" when told to stop, and even tp'd towards the last living player. To be honest I was calling him a "monkey" trying to imply lower intelligence, if I wanted to be racist I could have used the n word. I was running because if I remember panda teleported me, and he sometimes messes with me like that, I didn't think it was to stop me from delaying, and if he wanted me to stop he should have private messaged me something like "stop delaying" instead of an out of context teleport. |

I just thought you did that to mess with me, because sometimes you don't properly use that, but that's a completely different topic, and I won't address that. |
