I know this is technically ghosting, but it's not ghosting in the traditional sense. Was he told to stop doing this and refuse or did he only do it a couple times by accident? This doesn't seem like enough evidence.

Yes he was told that he shouldn't do it
and then he did it again after being told the consequences that could happen
he was told to stop and the second screenshot is him doing it after having been told to not

More proof of him ghosting from using team chat to be proven separate occasion from early and when he was warned earlier it seems he really didn't pay attention  |

I don't think this should be a permaban, whatever action is taken. I think it should be a temp ban, let's say a week, and he should be explicitly told why.

Soooo is he banned yet? Honestly if anyone uses team chat and they say it was an accident I would believe that since default key layout has team chat right next to all chat but it should only be a one time thing. Just change the key layout in settings if you have this problem.
