The easiest way to get the best bang for your buck is to build your own computer. Otherwise you wind up paying more money for a computer that a custom one could do for a lot less. If I bought my computer premade it would have cost me closer to $2500-2600 instead of the $1400 I paid. Just make sure all the parts work together or it will not work properly or will burn out way before it should have.

pcpartpicker.com/ Use^^^ First set your budget Nvidia vs AMD(GPU) Doesn't matter, just do your research. R9 380 2G $200 (Min) GTX 980Ti 6G $650 or GTX Titan X $1000 (Max) You can also SLI but that can be a pain in the *** www.tomshardware.com/reviews/gpu-hierarchy,4388.html (Nvidia, AMD, Integrated CPU comparison) Intel vs AMD(CPU) I say Intel, AMD has a bad reputation in the CPU market. AMD CPU's have bad IPS, high heat and power consumption.

I'd use www.logicalincrements.com/ to choose the parts, but pcpartpicker.com is good as well. DO NOT buy a gaming PC from dell/alienware or other places, because you will pay more than you actually get... They price it way higher because they want profit. SO, if you want a REALLY GOOD PC, and don't want to waste money, build it yourself. Building it is pretty easy if you start from scratch. Just watch some videos on it. It's really easy, like putting legos together. If you mean "not overpriced", I think you have a budget of 500-700 dollars. This could get you a decent gaming rig, that could handle GTA V. Recommendations: Nvidia (in my opinion) is the one to go. You should choose a good graphics card, and that should make up the chunk of your budget. Please post your budget so I can have a good idea of what you should do. Choose intel. Intel won early game back in the 90s and I think their CPUs are good. If you have a small budget, get an i3 processor. If you have more of a budget, get an i5, as that is all you need. You only need 8GB ram. I recommend getting AT LEAST 8 gb, no less, but if you can't afford it, get 6 gb. Choose a decently priced motherboard. They aren't too important if you're not going to overclock or use SLI (2 graphics cards or more). You only want a high end motherboard (mobo) when you have a big budget. Get a 500+ watt power supply. You'll need it to run the PC. Don't forget windows. You can probably get it for 70 dollars or so. If you have more money, I suggest you buy a SSD for FAST boot times. If not, just get a HDD. It takes a while to boot (like once you press the power button, it takes a few mins to get to windows), but that's no big deal. If you have a desktop right now, you can save some money buy just taking the current hard drive out and putting that one into the new PC. That way, you can save money from buying windows and the HDD. If you got any questions, just post here. Also, GTA V took me a while to download. If I remember, maybe 4 hours at 50 mb/s. It's like 40 GB or something....

I bought a MSI laptop and it's really good. I recommend MSI if you're going to buy a laptop.

Ugh, laptops suck >.>...
If you want a laptop, go ahead. But I'm telling you, 700 dollars can get you a SWEET DESKTOP gaming rig.
