No. Do not ever mass gag anyone ever again. TMODS CANNOT DO THIS. If tmods keep doing this, I will remove the gag command. Why?

Because you MUST vote for a gag everyone round. No exceptions. Mods and admins above MUST do this because it's not fair to gag everyone on whim...

Gag the loud person, not everyone... It's like punishing everyone for something only one person did. Does that sound fair?

I've never done this myself, and Ive only ever called for a vote twice.
I have, however, seen tmods !gag * to tell everyone to be quiet.

I've had 2 occasions where a large group of people were asking for a gag round, so i said to type YESGAG or NOGAG to vote, since no mods could offer an official vote.

Also, I'm talking about multiple people all talking over each other. I've seen more than 1 tmod !gag * everyone without warning and tell everyone to quiet down.

Before Tmods were able to gag, I had seen several mods doing this after giving warnings for people to stop talking over each other (like 5+ people). In my opinion though, its easier just to gag the 1 or 2 people causing the mic spam if they dont listen when they are told to stop.

Honestly, More often than not the people who are mic spamming don't stay on the server for long because they are users. Who do you know who is more than a user, or regular, that mic spams? These people that are mic spamming have zero intelligences and are just trolling. Gag the user/noob (not unlike me) that's mic spamming. I DO understand using !gag * for many people talking over each other, especially after asking two or three times for them to take turns. Even then asking them to take turns is a pretty difficult thing to ask. Often when you are talking to someone personally you can tell when they are interested in speaking. Not when you don't have a face to associate it with. Let alone the fact that people are screaming about who shot them and kos this person, suspicion on this person, and so on. I haven't been on in forever but I didn't even have !gag when I was a T-Mod. Hell, you might even want to re-evaluate me for being a T-Mod. (not implying I want you to do this) I'm Positive though that I have seen Mods doing this before, asking for people to quite down then gagging everyone. I do not recall anyone doing this recently though. I believe Kimz may have done it in a recent game I play with her but I am not sure so don't jump to conclusions because Kimz has done great as a T-Mod, then Mod. Back to the topic though. I'm glad this has been brought up because when I was very active I would often be brought up by people mic spamming, the only thing I could do was warn them, or if it was racial slurs and or curses: kick them. Sorry this is so long I really like typing
