I think it would be a great idea to have some kind of staff meeting so everyone can give their ideas and say their problems about the server instead of just posting it on the forms. I feel that having them biweekly (twice a month) or something like that would be good. I just have no ideas at the moment of how to do it other than something like TeamSpeak (costs money) or Skype (a lot of people aren't comfortable using that) plus a lot of people don't have microphones or just aren't comfortable using theirs! If anyone has any ideas or thoughts about this I sure would love to hear them! It obviously has some things that need to be figured out so any input is welcome  Thanks in advance! |

I agree with this idea!It would be a fantastic idea if we had a meeting and showed collaboration by sharing each other's ideas on how to improve the server.I'd say the meetings should be on Mondays and Thursdays at 8:00 (CDT) on the server.

Yeah I totally agree with this. Sometimes there is a lot of tension and it could be really good for everyone to get together and work things out, but also it'd just be cool.

I once took apart of a gmod staff meeting on another server. It was terrible. I wouldn't recommend it because some people dont take it seriously (many staff in that meeting were joking around and spamming in the group chat), and not everyone can be on at the same time to have it. If we are going to have one, it must be organized before hand with a specific topic in mind. OR you can just post your ideas on the forums!!!!!

I think this is a fantastic idea. It'll really help the staff to figure out stuff and it'd be really fun to see how it'll turn out.
