There is absolutely nothing you can do vs someone using a double barrel. Ammo clip size doesn't matter with a fire rate that fast, you can't call weapon susses, and a DB can take out people easier than most traitor weapons. If you see someone aiming you down with a DB, you know that one click will result in your death. YOu can try to dodge it for as long as you want, but you are going to die and you will have no time to cry for help. It renders every other gun useless, and removes all sense of skill from the game. Hell, the DB should just swap out the AK in the t shop.
Why even settle for any other gun? The range? Just buy a five-seven or dual elites, or whip out your silenced scout. It's true though. I've emptied 3/4 of a clip of my M4A1 into Dread Drago's upper body region (of course I missed a few shots) and then he just one shots me in the pelvic/ middle region of my body with the double barrel and I get so mad XD. I feel like the double barrel relies more on reaction time rather than accuracy. |

oceanYES U CAN CALL SUS/kos ON GUNS. You just have to be smart with it... U can call when its like u and no one else left. I do it a lot, and it never leads to rdm in my case... You just have to be smart with it . No where in the rules does it say you can't KOS/sus guns. LIke I said before, in gmod or any other comp game, you can only use 2 senses: eyesight and hearing. So when you hear something, especially a LOUD GUN, you CAN use it to your advantage (kos/sus)... And what if you can't dodge it? So what? Same with poison dart. Same with AWP. Same with regular snipers. You can't dodge them if the person can aim... THere are no counterplays to any of these guns. I can nerf the reload times, but thats all. Yes it can take people out, but primary weapons SHOULD be deadly. the damage of the gun should relate to how much ammo it has. 2 Shells SHOULD kill someone. No other shotgun has a 2 shells as ammo. I can lower the reload and ammo rate but that is all. Also, again, if you miss you die with the DB. And there are only like 2 in a map if you dont count pweapons. A DB is a DOUBLE EDGED SWORD. Yes it can 1 shot, but if you miss, you're dead. Even if you DONT MISS, others will SEE OR HEAR IT. THEN THEY WILL KNOW. TTT is a team work game; even if you die, the others will know...

This'll be my final input on this, good luck with whatever you guys decide. I will say though that much of the evidence supporting the DB is circumstantial and pretty sketchy, honestly. The idea of a non-t weapon that 1 shots with ease is kinda shady.
Anyway, I'm not complaining, I just want balance, feel? pce
p.s. thx for buffing the huge babe I'm really digging it

Dectectives wearing body armor still get insta killed.
If your an inno and a t comes up to u with a DB you cant shoot them until they shoot you, and when they do shoot you, ur dead, insta kill.
It does too much damage for how much ammo it has and how fast it reloads. The range on it is to OP. The only other guns that one shot to the body are the ones you have to buy from the dectective shop or traitor shop.

no one ever said it wasn't... BUT you MUST BE VERY CAREFUL WITH THIS.
Also for staff: IT ISN'T RDM WHEN YOU ALREADY KILLED SOMEONE.
If a T says that an inno "rdmed" him/her when he/she already killed is not valid...
