A new sort of application process is going to be instituted, while you will still be required to apply in the former way by adding your info and getting + reps from the staff members as an extra precaution in establishing trust between staff and Backstab himself, I will be taking the application process and moving it past the old one. TO PUT THIS SIMPLY, THIS IS PART 2 OF THE APPLICATION PHASE. Once you have given your info you can contact me, I am Daddy Ben Dover (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198173775974/) in game and you can friend me in steam.
I will interview you (preferably on skype, no need to show face, if there is a certain reason you can not skype then other arrangements can be made) on the rules of the server and ask you things, such as how would you react if...
Or what to do in a case where... If you manage to get through this process and make requirements for the Rep +'s then you become a T-Mod. If you need some extra help or need questions about the server rules or a complicated situation you can contact me and I will try to help you out. If you need some training I am always there if you need the guidance.
After you pass this, understand the fact that you have become a TRIAL moderator. The whole point is to see you become a fair and just MODERATOR, to solve issues and not start them. If you have any issues with another staff member for server related issues you can come to me. If it is a simple case of disrespect or a disagreement on personal issues please do not bring it onto the server.
Having issues with another staff member will cause you to have less of a chance to become one yourself. A server fails if people are fighting amongst yourselves. I will be watching you through out your process of a T-Mod and making sure you act accordingly. If any other staff has an issue with you about disobeying they can bring it to me, with proof, and I will listen to both sides of the argument and then decide how to deal with it. I hope to get to know you all personally and trust you. This whole thing to make sure we can trust you with the power you are going to be given.
WHEN YOU GET TMOD, TYPE !staff. THIS WILL TEACH YOU HOW TO TMOD IF YOU STILL DON'T KNOW ALREADY.
