Are you allowed to KOS someone that shoots near you or is that only susp.
This is atleast the fourth time I've been slained for this and I'm pretty sure it's kosable. Btw I want Backstab or an admin because mods and Tmods are doing this to me. I also want someone with more experience.

It's only a sus if you're being shot at. If you get hit it's when it's a KOS.

It makes no sense just to let the guy hurt you so, you can attack him.

What when he hurts you by the time you decide to attack him you'd be dead, if you are being shot at but, haven't been hurt, you should be able to kill him.

I think Backstab considered it Extreme Tbaiting or something along those lines. I think it is fine to kill somebody who shot near you.

Maybe just don't kos them. If it looks like they are shooting at you, in most cases, they probably are. If someone is shooting at you, you can kill them. Why would it make sense that you have to let them keep shooting at you because they are missing?

I'm keeping this as a warning to some staff that still do this no names will be given unless this happens again because I'm pretty sure they didn't know about this.
