That's a vague question.Rag,I doubt it's a pban because if they aren't ghosting, but just teaming regularly(with private chat or something),which is called meta gaming, then it should be dealt with less serious. meta gaming is less serious than ghosting because it doesn't reveal who the t is.If the teamers never got themselves involved with telling each other who the t is,then it is not ghosting. But if they did find out who the t is,it is ghosting.typical private teaming aka meta gaming should just be a ban for both people for a few days.Note:I know it doesn't include meta gaming in the rules.
If its just teaming with like a detective or someone to protect them of course there's not an issue with that.

DO NOT TEAM. TEAMING IS WHEN YOU WORK WITH SOMEONE ELSE AND ALLY THEM EVEN IF YOU ARE TRAITOR OR INNO AND THE OTHER GUY IS THE OTHER ROLE, YOU GUYS KNOW EACH OTHER'S ROLES AND CAN POTENTIALLY GHOST. You can only work together if you are either both innocents (detectives count) or both traitors...
You are right Jam, only ban when ghosting occurs.
otherwise warn?
