Some of those you listed are already a thing on the server and the rest would be mostly useless if you need to tell a staff member about something just pm them xD

Also I find nothing wrong with the way rdm is handled you will see it In depth if you make staff it's actually very efficient

As an admin, I can put the two people in a chat with me. I think it stops them from playing the game though.
