Alright, this thread is to suggest to backstab which staff deserve to be promoted to a higher rank.

(tmod) I + taylor to be promoted to Moderator because she is active almost daily (if not daily), she does her job correctly and she is responsible enough to have the commands that Moderator has.
(tmod) I + Assassin Of Ravens because he is on daily, breaks no rules, does reports, he has been tmod for awhile now and i believe he deserves Moderator.
(mod) I + Fredthemexican he has been Moderator for over a year now, and has been active for awhile now, he definatly has the skills needed for vet mod, and is totally responsible enough for veteran mod.

I + taylor she is a great tmod, she doesnt break rules, and I can't see her abusing powers onces shes a mod.

They're all great and I think they would excel in these positions.

They would make great Mod/Vet mods

+ Corgi and Infinite, they have both been t mods for 8+ months and have proved they are worthy of mods, and Corgi was the first staff member I met.

I + fred for vet mod, he has shown to plenty mature for it and has been dedicated to the server for a long time.
+ InfiniteChaos, Ragnarok and Corgi spy to mod, they've been trial mods for as long as I've played on the server and have all shown maturity and dedication.

( First off thanks you guys for the reps) Anddddd... I feel like some trial mods could do with some rank ups, for example Corgi and infinite have been doing really well and been doing their jobs very responsibly. Corgi always helps me when there are a lot of RDMers late at night XD ( Plus corgi we gotta do more Degals and snipers only more  ) And Infinite has always been there to help me if I needed help on a difficult report(Has also defended me many o' times with sexist remarks, gets pretty heated X3) There are also people like AssassinsofRavens( or Mr.AssAss), Dwarvenspartain( Mr.Pervert), Ragnarok ( Mr.Bumtastic), and a few others who do extremely well at their Tmod jobs. ( Personally I don't know if we need to rank up I just wanna say they all do SUPER good, and really care about the server  ) Again thanks guys for the reps. |

If we going to talk about "been a tmod for awhile" Outsdarva should be #1 on that list. Hes been Tmod since I joined back in July last year so :/ + Outsdarva + Corgi + Assassin of Ravens + Taylor (Dispite my original doubts when you got tmod you have done very well) + Ocean As far as my opinion is concerned, these 5 are the ones who have shown the most prominence to deserve to be promoted. If I did not mention you, that by no means, should make you think that I don't think you are an outstanding staff member, these are just the ones who stand out of the crowd currently. |
