I have literally NEVER mass RDMED when no mods are on since I was punished I don't know who told you but I would to know because I learned from my mistakes... I did not realize you were told that I mass RDMED more than once because I will give you MY word that I haven't.

You openly admitted to mass rdming, and were given 9 slays until someone could come on and ban you. Assassin gave you the slays since hes only tmod and can't ban. I see no reason for this appeal to even be created. Theres no excuse you can use to justify mass rdm, especially trying to go with "everyone else was doing it, so I did too", ie. Saying rdming on ammature hour is okay just because it is chaotic.
I vote he stays banned.
