i'll try to play today, also, the problem I have with taylor is that he/she did not seem ready for a staff position in my opinion while I was playing, I could be wrong, he/she could have stepped up their maturity and proved good for staff.

Tuk, the rules aren't static. They can be flexible as well.
Because I have been offline for a while, I haven't been able to promote ANYONE. If these tmods are "bad", I can always demote them until they get all staff members +rep. Or, we can teach them how to be good.
