Rules Broken: Has constantly rdmed intentionally at the start of rounds, attempt rdmed other players for fun, and been overall generally rude to players who tell him to stop. Massively delays knife battles, and even runs away when staff tp him to other players to end it faster. He has repeatedly done this, despite being told to stop several times, and something needs to be done.
