Name: (CCCP)StalinJunior
STEAM_0:1:103659837
Date of ban: 6/9/2016
Iron Panda permanently banned me with the reason ghosting.
He actually should've warned me for t-baiting because I said I was the t when it was just me him and taco y taco. I was done playing so I said I was the T then he said that I was ghosting and then I was perma banned. No I don't have chat proof because I quit gmod (rage quit tbh) so I could not get the conversation from console.

May I ask where you heard this rumour Ragnarok? The only people that were on were taco, me, and tuktuk. And yes the ban was legit but the reason was not.

I'm not sure if you know this or not, but read !motd. It strictly says that saying you are a T when you are, is NOT t-baiting and is actually ghosting. I would have expected someone who is applying to know this. Tuktuk was right to ban you for ghosting.

You still can't say that it's not a stupid reason... So no one should be able to say that they are the T and that if they do they should get permanently banned from the server? Does that sound right? That's just stupid in my opinion. I wasn't giving away my t buddies and there were only 3 people on. I don't even care if I can't play on a server that says that you should get banned for saying you're the T. I know many people who should be banned since that's a rule. There have been many instances where there's 3 people on and we would just mess around and play C4 roulette and buy the RCXD and just drive it around. I see what's wrong with it because some people want to play and they don't want to be told who the T is, but I was just gonna leave after that game anyway I had things to do it was lunchtime and I just wanted the game to end instead of having to find the other person just so I could shoot them in the face. I like the server and I'm frustrated that I get banned for not obeying a (in my opinion) stupid rule.

If you truly like the server then you would have followed the rules that it has. IF you followed them in the first place, this wouldn't have happened, simple as that.

I agree with Stalin. It was completely irrational for him to be banned with the reason of ghosting when he didn't have any intentions to ruin the game like real ghosters do.One question staff never seems to ask themselves before fulfilling a punishment is "DID THEIR ACTION NEGATIVELY AFFECT THE GAME IN ANY WAY"? I understand that this question itself is a problem when dealing with situations that did little to affect the game negatively(but still do deserve a punishment from crimes such as minor T-Baiting) but this question needs to be taken into consideration for far serious Rules. Seriously. READ THIS: There were only 3 people, one person says they are T since they have to leave. He is banned for ghosting, even though it made no difference for the other 2 to find out who the t is because in games that small, they typically last 20 seconds because its total war. So yes, he is wrong for ghosting, but that action had no negative impact to the game itself therefore,he shouldn't have been banned since it doesn't compare to the slightest bit of frustration that is given off in other ghosting incidents because the round is shortened(and the T-Buddy's T round is ruined) due to Traitors being exposed.Ultimately,he didn't ruin anyone's experience with the round. Rules are just taken too seriously to the point where it throws common sense out the window. If anyone took offense to that previous sentence, sorry, but this situation is ridiculous on a level beyond infinity.

He has been unbanned.
Yes rules are rules, but they shouldn't be enforced too seriously or not enforced.
Think about the speed limit. It says 55, but you can go up to 65... Same thing here. If he's doing something stupid, at least warn him first. The TRADITIONAL term of ghosting is communicating with others IN SECRET who the other person is/etc. But he was just doing revealing to the public he was T (which you could not believe since there's no proof he's actually a T). I guess it's okay considering this context.
Sorry, tuk, but I'm going to have to undo your decision.
