Droid I think what he meant was him and his T buddy had the same weapon, so he was false KOS'd based on that.

I mean, this rule is a bit tricky. The whole point of having sound is to know what's happening. If you hear someone die after the gun was shot, I'd be looking for the guy with the weapon.
Now imagine this: you can't kos another person with a silenced weapon. Doesn't that sound absurd, even stupid? Obviously, you can if you see them shoot the silenced weapon. It may raise suspicion on sniper rifles, etc, which is a game mechanic thing.
I know silenced weapons are JUST traitor weapons, but you only have 5 senses. Relying ONLY on sight is rather limiting. You can't play very well on FPS without having sound. So that's why this is a rule. Yes, you may get KOSed falsely from this, so you should either: 1) change weapons after you use it 2) don't get the same weapons as your t buddy 3) hide your weapon by not equipping it
You should play AROUND the rule, not fight it. It's just something I strongly believe in, and it's something that won't be changing.

I think if someone kills you on a gun kos when you didn't kill the person (even if you're T) you should get slain. Personal view.

We should burn the rules and redo them. Personal view.

Yea, I'll write them with the ash of the old rules.

Okay. Example. You're an innocent or T. Someone kills someone with an ak. Someone koses. Then you die because someone killed someone with ak even though you didn't do anything and died because of a weapon you haven't even used. etc. etc.

they already do get slain, the rule of gun kos is "If you're wrong, you get slain"

Then why is this even a problem?
