The rules didn't specify what the exact rule is but what I herd is that it is you can call a kos on a gun if someone was killed with it and some one was leaveing the admidate area with on example I kill so one with a double barrel in a building. Some one wacthes me leave the idea the body and call a los on the gun not some one dies on the opisite side of the map and some one calls a los on me cause I just happen to have that gun even though I'm no where near the scene that is what I was told
