I try to keep bias at a low. What do you mean? Theres no bias in your own opinion. Now if your leaning towards someone because you like them more than thats biased. Which you should keep at a zero, i think? Seriously, this is part of the reason your an admin is so you can do these things. |

Scout, stop arguing. You can't get mad at droid when he was arguing with you, then come on here and argue with him as well as Alex and basically telling him that he isn't doing his job, when he is. He is trying to stop the arguing to come to a proper resolution. Be proactive, not reactive.

Deep! Being proactive and not reactive is what this entire thing is about my original -rep was because of droid NOT BEING PROACTIVE. HE WAS KILLED BUT HE SHOT THE PERSON FIRST!!! i cant beleive this has somehow turned onto me! Listen this whole thing is about whether or not droid would be a good tmod. I dont think so because... 1.He is WAY to aggressive 2.He is WAY to confident (i understand a little confidence) 3.He is WAY to childish (we saw this when he told traitors to kill me first and overall attempted to hurt my feelings) 4.He is WAY to reactive (when confronted with my -rep he flipped out instead of calming himself and hoping for a change of mind) 5.He is way to hardheaded (I am a staff member too, this means you should still be nice to me) Along with this im sorta mad at the staff. I am part of you guys. Someone just told me that you guys dont like me, and it sounded like you were okay with it!  I expected when droid said that for people to say "Hey, Thats wasnt very nice of you." AT THE LEAST! Seriously were all a team here, respect eachothers opinions. Deep have you read the rest of this??? You tell me not to be reactive when ive been trying to get this problem solved. I asked TukTuk to sort it out instead of just trying to make us shut up. Thats not "proactive" is it? usually proactive means your moving forward in the problem. Telling us to shut up fixes nothing, I understand im supposed to be proactive but its super hard when you feel LIKE EVERYONE IS AGAINST YOU! The only people who have actually helped me or tried to say or do anything at all were @thecakeeater and @fluxxed_blayke <THANK YOU! |

Scout calm down. You should know if you're right. That's where confidence comes from. Layout your claim, and leave it be. If terminator is wrong, he will stay wrong no matter what he says.There's no reason to argue with someone "hardheaded".

I do not agree to remove it because my original reason for it still stands. Droid is aggressive and too confident. You must be humble now and then, when I -repped you, instead of freaking out I believe you should've asked why. I believe other people think this too. When you attacked me instead of doing this, it showed me your true colors. I think you've shown everyone, how you might react under circumstances like this. Your reaction was not admirable, you were childish, you were reactive instead of proactive. By that I mean you should've worked toward changing my opinion. Not making it worse. You probably don't care for my opinion. which is not a characteristic of a good staff member. You give respect to get respect. Notice when we played together during this whole dispute that I did not bribe the traitors to kill you first, unlike you. I didn't say that I hated you the most in reports. I respected you as any other player. I'm thirteen Droid, I shouldn't have been the one staying relatively calm ingame. It should've been you, I expected it to be you. Jam, your`e right, I should've let it be and let him stay wrong. instead I jumped in and dug my hole deeper. I'm sorry, I hope it doesn't have a negative outcome on you impression on me. Droid I'm sorry for being so reactive. I shouldn't have... instigated? I cant think of the correct word. the point is I kind of lead you on. I could've stopped it there and said "NO. that's my minus rep and I'm sticking to it." this was my mistake. I hope you can find yours. |
