Droid Terminator's Trial Mod Application

Never said I believed it, I just mentioned something I remember.

Then you should give him a chance. You go off of old-judgement. I never knew him at the time but he does follow the rules now and stopped everything in the past. 

Listen. I've watched droid play repeatedly and I do not think he would be a good staff member.

Not repping either way. Droid technically follows the rules, but his aggressiveness and attitude i don't see doing well in an administrative position

He fits in much better as a well known, active player is what I'm trying to say.

I knew that people would have mixed views on me applying for t mod. I knew going into this it would be staff vs players. Kind of funny how players are the ones who play with me everyday and they give me a plus rep but the staff who arent on that much give me a -rep. Not all staff though, the staff that play with me a lot seem to like me. Why is it that the people who know me the most and have played with me recently plus rep? And then the staff that played with me a while ago and havent played with me since -rep? I feel that the staff does have a strong opinion on me, but its also a narrow one. Just like in life when you make one mistake, thats the only thing people will judge you based on, they will look past any other accomplishments that you make.

if you get in, good for you, I'll teach you anything you want, but I'm not getting involved in this. i hope that can be respected

Just play a little more. I'm sure you'll get t-mod.

Honestly, I seen mods who have been off for a while... I know there are certain mods that have reasons...There are many mods NOT active. You see, if this person would become tmod, He would be on Everyday, most hours. He shows loyalty to this server and barely anybody notices this.

Agreed with Retro's point. I still can find staff members I've never seen before. and I've been on for 5 months. We need staff that would actually be on everyday.

So I +rep droid... Just because I like him as a person, and he would be a great mod.

+rep When I first joined the server he was the one who showed me around and got me to like the server and I really appreciate that.

Yes, there are a lot of staff members who aren't on. But they'll come back during summer/break.

People have lives too. Any GOOD staff is good. Doesn't matter if they're not on much.

The more you play with different staff, the better your outcome will be. Perhaps they do judge you a little early, but remember that they can change their minds and +rep you later.
