Names:
Names must be readable to other players of the server, ESPECIALLY moderators due to reports/targeting players for commands.
Arguments:
At all times, PLEASE try to avoid causing or being in a argument over who did what. This gets us nowhere if all the moderators here is, "I TRIED TO SHOOT THIS A**HOLE BUT HE GOT IN THE WAY!!" Wait until the evidence in the logs has proved either side's case.
Jokes:
There's a huge difference between joking around, and being a huge dick. Moderators may have to listen for offensive jokes (ex: racist, sexist, or just plain cruel) just in case they get a little TOO heated. Everyone loves some dark humor, but don't over do it people.

Also, waffles, you can kos t weapons. Makes no sense if you don't? UNLESS its an inno that said he/she was proven by picking it up.

Also an update to !staff might be nice as well since it really only covers the basics from what I can see (Slay, warn, kick, and ban). I'm still unclear how to properly use !gag without it being considered abuse so I have been avoiding it.
