Hello new staff member, You have (maybe) been set to Trial Mod, Mod, or Admin on the server, Here's some tips/rules.
(TRIAL MODS)
1. Do not act like you're the big boss.
2. Use your commands you are provided with.
3. Don't forget you are the lowest level of staff though higher rank than members and guests
4. You do have the power to kick and slay but not ban
5. Remember, you are not a full mod. If Backstab decides you are worthy, he will promote you. If he thinks you deserve it, he will make you an admin.
6. Follow the rules or you will get demoted.
(MOD)
1. If someone RDM's Wait until after the round to punish him.
2. If somone RDM's and leaves and comes back, you may ban him.
3. Slays will not go over 5 rounds.
4. If you abuse you're power you will be demoted by Backstab, the owner.
5. Obey all staff members that outrank you [owner(s) and admin(s)]
6. You have less commands than the admins so don't complain that they do.
7. If you plead to get promoted you will most likely get demoted.
8. Follow the rules or you will get demoted.
(ADMINS)
1. If someone RDM's Wait until after the round to punish him.
2. If somone RDM's and leaves and comes back, you may ban him.
3. Slays will not go over 5 rounds.
4. If the server has multiple Admins online use csay to say you will be distributing punishments.
5. If you abuse you're power you will be demoted by Backstab, the owner.
6. Follow the rules or you will get demoted.
Formula for slaying/RDM system
RDM an inno as an inno - 1 slay
RDM an inno as a detective - 2 slay
RDN a detective as an inno - 2 slay
RDM a traitor as an inno - 2 slay
RDM a traitor as a traitor (even accidently counts) - 2 slay
RDM more than 2 or 3 times - ban or even perma ban depending on how bad
(RANKINGS)

Backstab could potentially make new rankings like Super Admin so watch out for that.
