Red flags
1. Went through multiple staff applications
HE COULD HAVE BEEN:
A.Denied - Immature, banned after app
was made, not enough attention...I
don't think there is a good way to be
denied
B.Accepted then demoted - That's not
good
C.Accepted then left/server went down -
Hope it's this reason
2. Made multiple staff applications on other servers and argues with staff
A. If you made apps didn't you find out
you should be nice to everyone? Maybe
I am not getting the vabe people
want when they say argue but I think
of arguments as really agressive term

Oh no Alex if I have ever been staff anywhere else I have resigned or the place went down (like you said)
And this "arguing with staff thing that everybody Is saying, it is usually just a lot what happen when I'm a trader and if they had DNA I may sound like I'm arguing I feel like I'm not but in their perspective I might be I have not been doing that though recently
And if I have been denied before I just take people's feedback strive to be better then I re app in a few months

Throwing a random +rep in here and interrupting y'all. As far as I've seen he seems completely capable of being a T-mod as he obeys the rules as much as anyone else does and is pretty polite about it.

ANNOUNCEMENT, I am coming back to backstabs I had been staffing on dark rp server with 30 people on daily, so I have gotten much more staff experience, Now I WAS demoted from the server only because of a abusive owner, just wanted to clear dat up
