Uhh...do you know what you are talking about? Im pretty sure nobody modifies their CPU hardware unless they know how to do it and if you were talking in a software sense like OCing you can do it but it has nothing to do with the Win. 10 OS keybind. |

Some people like to modify their keys for different games, one of the kids at my school does this to play csgo and battlefield.
