Well it's 100 hours, they'll forget by then. It also goes nicely with Trusted --> loyal (loyal = trusted to next lvl)

Yea it should have a larger time gap than its previous transition (Extreme to Super was 30 hours, Super to loyal is only 20). Something around 130-150 hours would make more sense to me.
