He claims that he didn't do it on purpose and he may well not of, but everyone deserves a second chance. Now think about this, if you did something on accident and got banned for it, wouldn't you want unbanned and a second chance?

From what I heard it sounded accental. He called out a kos via microphone but was cut off. Some people don't know the exact time their mic cuts off so he thought people didn't hear him and so he told them.
I say unban him but if he becomes an issue we can ban him again.
Edit: I changed my mind, everyone seems to have a bone to pick with him. I am not gonna risk it.

Of course I agree people deserve a second chance, but he lied to Mavrick about what happened in the first place, he claimed he was typing WHILE he was dying, which we know you cant do while you voice chat. Hes also been rude to staff alot, as well as others (such as myself) have been rude to him as well, I won't deny it. I'm guessing my vote won't be counted but I'll vote anyways. Choose what you guys choose, its up to you after all.

He also bluffed to know how to DDOS attack the server so he can get unbanned. I find this extremely funny because he came to me and asked me to register his account on the forums. He then gave me his password and username for his email... I seriously doubt a 13 year old can DDOS the server because he can't even do simple stuff like register.
