Waste, it's not a sentence fragment. ... is a "word" but I forgot what it was called. If I wrote: Alexon, that is a comma splice. You can convey your meaning with "WORD". Does that look like a sentence fragment? NOPE.

Waste... You don't even know what you're talking about. ... was supposed to abbreviate the word. It's like you're saying I'm writing a grammatically incorrect word by abbreviating A WORD. Like: I LIVE IN THE US. That is a complete sentence with an abbreviation. It's still grammatically correct.
Also, no Alexon. You aren't doing it right.
