Even if it was denied by formatting just from seeing this thread I give him a -rep. He seems to be super argumentative with higher staff, when he isn't even staff. I feel that if he was to actually get into an argument, especially if he made it up the ranks, with a lower staff or other member that he would impose his argument onto them and not actively look for a solution to the problem.

Listen. I have faith in my fellow staff members, they say you're childish in gaming. I see what's on this thread and what I see isn't helping your case in being promoted to a staff member. You seem very argumentative, aggressive, and quick to bite. I'm sorry, but I don't want that policing the server, besides you're arguing on your own application in order to become staff. Dude, you don't have a say in the decision. If I was you I would try to make people like me, not want to have a problem with everyone.

-rep you just presented your behavior.Not once have you shown any instinct to be proactive;just useless defense over your pride and attempt to increase your chance to become a staff member.You even went by far to show some insecurity using "think" topped with a cliche reason to be a staff member - one I consider a fake reason for everyone who uses it.(You shouldn't think you could be a GOOD mod,YOU should KNOW you'd be a great mod.I like people who are frequently sure and use "know" more than "think".That's what you call true confidence.) You got close to a good,at least,reason to be a staff member by saying " improve the server so everyone can have fun" Other than that change your attitude and you'll be good.Your choice if you want to be a staff member is also shown by how you solve problems.HOW you solve it.Not by questioning or trying to contradict the inevitable truth. If you change,I will surely +rep.You will have to show it to me though,not any "OK I will change" answers,show me it.
