Guys. I have a reason for this. The day I promoted waste, I also promoted Meez to vet Admin. I was going to promote 2 other tmods to mod, but then I would exceed the promotion thing. I can promote you later, but on that day I already promoted a few people. It would be unwise to promote 4 people up in just one day. Plus, I knew waste a bit better than the other tmods. This is because he always annoyed me, but he did a good job every time I was on. That's the thing. I'm not always sure if I should promote tmods on a certain day because I don't know them well enough. Last time, I promoted someone to mod and I got a ton of criticism. Also, Alexon. Your "shadow modding" is pretty useless right now if you don't tell me who is doing good.... Great job! What's the point if you know they do good, but I don't? I'm the only one who can promote, but I don't know everyone well enough right now when I'm studying all day! Well sorry dude for like judging you it's just as a fellow teenager/tmod I don't think he's ready and I even have a little more to grow in too. I'm not trying to put this as "I'm perfect and he's a plebian!!!" But it's that he's slipped up before more with me on and last night he was mis-using the gag option by saying "anyone who isn't whispering into their mic gets gagged" and we all said that was dumb and he gagged the whole server. So I'm like MYYAAAH with it, ya know? I know you don't know me as well as you know Waste but I'm not trying to come at you like a Tumblr Kid. I just wan't to be friendly and make sure he cooks more inside (mature) before he slips up and falsely perma-bans someone or does something equally bad, then he would be demoted and banned and that whole system. I'm not trying to spin this around and say "I SHOULD BE MOD INSTEAD! MYAAAH!" I hope you understand that, I don't want to do that reverse psycology stuff. I'm not about that life. And I think Waste is a cool meme kid like me and I see features of me in him and I worry that we would go off like I do sometimes on someone and then take a fall for it. |

Everyone has bad days or moments where they slip up or something and that's fine we are all human; I personally thought the gag thing was concerning not cause for demotion but concerning.

......WHY?!? This is all a misunderstanding. I've also worked very, very hard at becoming mod. The reason I banned Kenny was because I WAS TOLD TO. AND A VOTE WAS MADE WHICH MADE IT EVEN MORE CLEAR. Why would you even say I would permaban anything for the slightest thing? I really am taking offense to this. Really. I worked so hard. For the gagging thing,I did a vote for a gag round! Everyone was untagged before the round ended because I was GETTING SO MUCH HATE FOR IT. And Kim and riddles, I thought it was obvious that when I gagged you, it was a joke. I ungagged you almost immediately. It wasn't because I was having a bad day, or I was stressed... This post is completely wrong, and disrespectful to all the work I did to get mod. I do reports ALL THE TIME. I am EXTREMELY ACTIVE ON THE FORUMS. I AM FRIENDLY TO PLAYERS. I DON'T LET FEELINGS AND EMOTION EFFECT MY DECISIONS. I worked so hard for this, and you are criticizing me for something that wasn't even harmful. Wow.

Haha, mature more as staff, power mad? Why??? The more I read this, the more ridiculous this seems. Red hood, I think you've got this all wrong. Like I said, I do not take emotion or feelings into my decisions on the server. I would not ruin my chance at moderator already with some thing as dumb as this.

I didn't gag the whole server after I told people to whisper. That was way before. It was because we did a vote. Also, backstab, you could have told me if I annoyed you. I would have stopped. This is upsetting me, sorry. I respected you, backstab. I think you're a really cool guy. Knowing I annoyed you now, this is really bothering me. I'm grounded anyways for a while, won't be on. So, I have some time to think over this... Cya.

Waste, please be modest. I dont like it when people say "IM HARD WORKING, I DO THIS, I DO THAT." When other people do the same things and even better than you. Also, your powers are not for fun. Use them appropriately or else Backstab will demote you and/or remove the power from the rank. Don't ruin it for yourself and others.

Waste, I just said stuff based on what was given. Still, the info here is weird. I don't think that mods have vote, but I can check later. ALSO you said you used GAG AS A JOKE. IN staff, does it say you can do that? What does it say? Oh right: DO NOT USE COMMANDS FOR FUN. I'm kinda annoyed because commands are for proper use, not for jokes between staff. I even wrote this explicitly on HOW TO BE A GOOD STAFF. Never EVER use commands as jokes. This kind of stuff pisses me off. If you do it again or anyone else, I might just remove !vote and !gag for mods.
Don't take this personally. Reports are fine. Red hood didn't give enough "evidence" of your gag, but you admitted that you gagged other staff members for fun. Just don't do it next time. I'm ok with everything else. Everyone should cool down. Red got promoted, and you learned not to use your commands for fun.
