when someone has been perma banned, they make a new steam profile and join back so now what happens? one example of someone that did this is : STEAM_0:0:145891456 he has no games except g-mod, he had only 2h played yet he knew that me brighton was mrbubblesnatcher, he new that i applyed, he also corrected me on a server rule that backstab said. (somthing about advanced t baiting) so his new account should be banned because his old one was

Maby he read the forums? Alot of it. I also used to only have gmod as my only game so I dont know how that can be weird.
