after giving 3 warnings for blocking can you put a kos on the person? or is that a warn? also is destroying a health station kosable or high susp?

Actually, backstab said it doesn't need to be 10 seconds unless it is unreasonably fast. Like, you cant go WARNING1WARNING2WARNING3BANG, you have go put a few seconds between each.
