Lots of Problems Lately. Backstab Please Read This.

Why do you capitalize things that don't need to be capitalized. Your paragraphs aren't book titles....

Give us the names and we'll deal with them (rdmers). I don't know which admins you're talking about.

Jam In The Jukebox: WHEN THE rest of the staff in the game didn't handle them. (I handled about 5-7 reports on 1 map)(I had to tell the 3 staff members to handle the reports that weren't handled and were current round to get them to handle it.)

Jam In The Jukebox: I have hearing problems so I need headphones to hear people with mics otherwise my room would be too loud and I don't like turning my volume all the way up to 100% just so I can hear people on the mic clearly.

Jam In The Jukebox: So I am doing my job.I am not obligated to handle 100% of the server's problems when other staff members are in the game.I was handling the mass amounts of reports when shiny was apparently causing drama.And they want me to stop shiny when I don't know what he is doing because I am too busy handling reports and not paying attention to him?

I expect all the t mods to handle those rule violations(minor warns).That's why I said "tmods be aware I am watching your every action and every action you miss" (I said that 3 times weeks ago),so when it comes time to promotion,it should be mentioned if it becomes a tendency for them to miss some violations.I handle slays/bans/high rule violations.When I see that someone has suspicion on ghosting or someone is accused of false kos,I use !q(interrogation).Today I used !q on shiny for the kos he apparently called and he admitted he called it and I knew there it was false.So his report was false and he was warned.With the reports I handled,I literally type !kill when there are a lot of reports going in.(I don't bother typing !fspec because of a bug that happens that typing !fspec (name) can sometimes put multiple people in spectator then I get fussed at for it)And I did that 3 times in 1 map today because of all the new users.Once on my t round and twice on my inno rounds.I slayed the RDMrs with no problem-so what "rdm" am I not handling?This isn't even the first page of the story yet.So apparently if this isn't enough to you as my "job" when there are other staff members on,then I don't know what is.If you feel offended by this,apologies.

Oh and that thing about "stopping rdmr's" I don't bother stopping someone who says "Lets kill him" because any action(except for slaying when a report pops up) would be an abuse of power such as repeatedly using !bring or kicking them because they haven't reached that level of punishment yet.Saying "DONT DO THAT" is useless as it only makes the troll/rdmr more powerful because they want attention.(just look at when cake does it,the rdmr does it anyways and feels good about it because the victim is upset and others are telling him not to do that).What you need to understand is you can't just "stop" a troll/person who proposes they are going to rdm otherwise you are going to make them capable of a bigger massacres therefore "ruining the game for others" more than just to let it happen and slay them for it.I ban them eventually(about 1-3 rounds later) for repetitive rdm/disrespect.Some kids commonly even tell me to ban someone who just rdmd 2 times for "mass rdm" but I don't because the guy who rdmd is protected by the rules as soon as I put the slays on them.And I did put the slays on them.

Hey, I want to get something straight. I "told on him" because he lied about it and that was a small fraction of my argument.

I don't handle as many reports when T-mods are on because I want them to be able to prove that they can handle a position of authority and show that they are worthy to be promoted. Occasionally I am asked to help so I do. If the T-mods aren't looking at the reports I kindly ask them to handle it and if they don't I handle it. I also tell them that they should be checking the report tab every time the round ends because they may have missed the pop up. Just because someone isn't doing everything doesn't mean that they are doing nothing. It's not fair to say all the staff aren't doing anything because of a select few. I know Jam is doing his job because he is as dedicated to this server as I am. Sorry for the rant. 

Backstab. I wasn't Putting all that towards Jam. I was putting that towards all the Staff. I was saying for the past couple weeks i havnt seen staff handling some things.

It's not fair to be putting that toward all the staff. Most staff do as much as possible or as much as they can.

I listen to music because there are other mods and I cant stand some of the stuff people say.

Morty,By putting it to ALL STAFF. I mean Any of the staff on should be doing there job. Im not saying ALL STAFF are not doing their Job. Im just saying when they are online; there handling everything.
