There may be a problem with +Reps?

I've noticed that a lot of the new Tmods, well, not even just the new ones, +rep a lot. I've also noticed that when they do, there is not that much thought put into it, it's usually just if they like the person. I think they/we are excited to have this new ability, to +rep, and overuse it. I think some of the newer people that have been added as Tmods were not a good idea. They don't know how to handle being Tmod, don't know the rules very well, never set conclusions to reports/look into reports before slaying, etc. This is just my opinion though, I don't know what the rest of you think.
