There needs to be rules set for the donor staff because most of them don't know how to do commands, read rules and read staff so most of them should not have access of ban, mute, gag and access to auto slays. also they need to pre taught how to do there jobs instead of just getting promoted or what happens when they get promoted. They need the information on how to be mod/admin from other staff the second they become staff.
