Tuktuk banned me for rdm and leave, but i never rdm'd? I was a T the last round before i left, and before that round i killed player who killed an inno!

Just found out, that i killed a t baiter after they shot infront of me on my D round. I than waited 2 rounds as my last round i was a T, i killed tuktuk and Waste, and than i left after i announced i was leaving. No one said anything but bye, and everything. Tuktuk didn't put a slay on me at all! And i had to leave for a appointment at the hospital. Im sorry my health is more important to me than a slay. i than asked a player to ask Alex if i could take a slay now. (I didn't tell them about my appointment) and he said no. SO My question is, why didn't TukTuk Slay me at all within to next 2 rounds i was still there? Idk.
