I think it's just you. I just received a donation today. Was it you? If not, just type !donate in game or go here: backstabttt.site.nfoservers.com/WEB/Sign in on steam, go to store, then select a package and buy it. You will get the points and rank automatically. Okay, so I tried going through the server instead of through the website and it told me "You don't own a copy of prometheus."
What does this mean. It tells me that right after I sign in.

The server and the website are the same thing. If it still happens, try logging in through the website. If that still fails, you can always donate through paypal, and I'll give you the rank and points manually.
Prometheus is the "addon" I'm using for donations.
