+rep I don't see anything too bad coming out of this guy.Although he might rarely stir up some trouble sometimes,I haven't seen him commit any serious attrocities like the guy who was sent to the dump by backstab(bohjo).I tested him over some usual scenarios on the server.

===The test===

Jam In The Jukebox: Ok,this test will help me see what you know about decision making on certain situations on the server
Waste: Ok.
Jam In The Jukebox: Before we begin,how old are you?The older you are,the more wordy I will be.I presume you are 13 correct?
Waste: Yeah...
Waste: I honestly don't think age matters.
Waste: People can control how serious they are.
Jam In The Jukebox: Show me that age doesn't matter then
Waste: Ok.

Jam In The Jukebox: We are starting off easy. Question 1:When a c4 detonates in an area where the traitor is,would you slay the planter for killing his traitor buddy? Explain why or why not.
Waste: If the planter did not warn his Tbuddy, I would slay the planter. If he did, I would not slay. Either way it's hard to decide because when you are a traitor, you can see the big C4 symbol wherever it is, so unless the non planter could give a good explanation as to why he didn't notice, I wouldn't slay.
Jam In The Jukebox: Now let me ask you this,Is the big c4 symbol not enough of a "warn" .
Waste: That's the thing. I think it is a VERY noticeable warning.
Jam In The Jukebox: And if so,the victim does not have the right to request a slay on the perpetrator.The perpetrator gave him a warning by the c4 sign.
Jam In The Jukebox: Never slay when the murder weapon is a c4.
Waste: Ok. That makes sense.
Waste: Ok, I think I've heard that before
Waste: A few days ago when that happened.
Waste: I'll make sure to remember that if I ever encounter the situation.

Jam In The Jukebox: Question 2: State your course of action if the victim keeps a false report. 1:warn the victim for "false report" 2:slay the perpetrator 3:slay the victim.
Waste: Hmm...
Waste: Wait, if it's a victim it's not a false report, right?
Waste: Or did you mean if someone
Waste: Is killed in a legit way, and reports for no reason
Jam In The Jukebox: The victim is the person who died.Such as if he was an innocent and is killed by a t and reports him YET STILL KEEPS THE REPORT
Jam In The Jukebox: He has committed false report
Waste: Oh, ok.
Waste: I believe it is a warn?
Jam In The Jukebox: Yes!
Waste: Yay

Jam In The Jukebox: Are you aware of the death scene so I can ask a question about it for question N.3?
Waste: Um, death scene?
Jam In The Jukebox: Yes.
Waste: Oh, is that the thing that recreates how someone died?
Jam In The Jukebox: Ok.The death scene is a tool that shows the scene of the crime.Such stuff that isn't shown in the logs
Waste: Ok, yeah I know what it is.
Jam In The Jukebox: Ok,someone is killed by something/world which is a tnt.The best way to help see who shot the tnt is...? 1:see the shot logs to see who shot at that exact time. 2:View the death scene to see who fired at the tnt. 3:Ignore the report
Waste: View death scene, so you have a definite answer to who shot the tnt, or if the person who died activated it themselves.

Jam In The Jukebox: On a scale of 1-20,how secure (or self-trust) would you say you got?Such scenarios like asking your teacher at school "is this good" shows insecurity because YOU should know what is good,and it will pay off.
Waste: For Q.3? I'd say 18-19.


Jam In The Jukebox: Ok.next question,2 Staff members are arguing,what do you do? 1:Remind them of their moral principles 2:remind them that staff are to be proactive rather than reactive 3:Try to end the fight by joining a side. 4:Review their motives to argue and reveal the truth.

Waste: Picking sides will only make things worse, Reviewing motives is basically just adding another side to the argument, and reminding them of their morals will only make them try to defend their opinion more.

Waste: Have no bias, slay my friend.
Jam In The Jukebox: Ohhh but its accidental rdm ?.......

Waste: Well, in my experience so far, accidental RDM is still a slay
Jam In The Jukebox: Yes!Correct!

Jam In The Jukebox: OK.Next and probably last question.A staff member is abusing his power and backstab isn't aware of this.What is your course of action.What type of evidence do you plan to retrieve,how to you plan to get it and finally,how do you plan to use it.
Waste: 1.(I'm unsure if there is some sort of command log) Record or Screenshot the abuse, also have other users approve of abuse
Waste: 2. Report the admin on the forums
Waste: And include all evidence in the forum post
Jam In The Jukebox: and what type of evidence is stronger:Countless witnesses,10 Photo album evidence,1 minute of recording
Waste: 1 minute of recording, because then you have audio, images of commands used, and you can hear other users who approve that the mod/admin was abusing.

It seems someone didnt read the rules before they were questioned. If he did the first awnser wouldve been instant. Anyways Im not liking the whole questioning because it doesnt show how they will truly act. He is trying to make a good impression. I just feel some day they might say one thing and do the other.

I remember when his name was bunnyaih? Bunniayh? Bunayah? Aka his old name, he rdmed alot and so I dont know if he will take care of the server or even worse abuse his power. Unless a very trusted staff member tells me he changed his actions while I am on vacation, I will not change my mind.

Yeah, I see what you mean. But I have changed. And I will even more so if I take the role of a Trial Mod. My username was Buhnayuhnuh by the way. Thank you for your input, but like I said I have changed, and I'm sure multiple people can tell you the same.

He has changed alot since because he did mass rdm but now when i play whith him he is now a cool guy that understands alot (Jams talk with him) and i believe he deserves tmod

im not a mod or anything but i dont think it would be a great idea for him to be t mod he might banning people from the server when hes a higher rank, the reason i believe this is because he did mass rdm. he could just be playing nice just to become staff then hell could break lose. sorry man but thats just my opinion.

So fred tell us more. Youre not a part of staff so you can see how people act when staff isnt on.

Ok, I understand I used to RDM. I've said that. But I'm not THAT much of an asshole... I will take this job really seriously if I get it. I really have changed, I'm not just playing nice. It isn't fun to me just to RDM anymore. I'd like my past to be forgotten.
