Redo it. Add your SteamID and the time you play, be more specific. Like 9=5 usually or 3-10, like that. Add numbers to your list. 1, I am 14 years old. Correct grammar and sentence structure would be for the best. Add and fix these things and you're golden. Hopefully I can +rep you when its fixed.
