I think the major problems are lack of maps, need more PS2 items, weapon tweaks, and general receptivity. I think we need new weapons, for the special roles, and for the innocents. Gambling is useless, barely anyone uses it, need a better form of communication, other than steam chat (a sub-board dedicated to it?)

I think more so that the servers community has become a warped toxic ball of hate and salt. The players are what makes a server fun 90% of the time, and right now the community is not even remotely close to being fun to play with.

We also have staff that leave for months then come back and abuse.

They're nice because you know, you're the owner and nobody wants to upset you or they want to be a Praetor and whine for staff.

Who are the staff members? Why isn't there a report of abuse?

I also want to make clear that there are weapon suggestions on the forums but no one posts weapons. Also, new weapons are hard to add in because they make the load times even longer!!!

For pointshop, the same is true. Although I would like to add things, what other things could I add besides models? After all, the models are the most bought things on the shop, but there's already a lot of models.

The communication part is the forums. Obviously the steam chat is not a good way to communicate ideas xD.

I also need to know what weapons need to be tweaked. Again, I do not know everything that goes on the server when I'm offline. I also don't use a lot of weapons.

In regards to the warped toxic ball of salty hate...

There are a few players I have in mind who mostly fit this description, but they are a minority of the player base.
Maybe keep in mind that many players are younger, and lack some judgement and social skills.
Not that these individuals have done much to earn anyone's respect, but I think staff could offer more respect and acceptance to these players when they are on. In return maybe, just maybe they would improve their behavior towards staff and others.

Instead of ban threats for bad behavior...or calling folks 'cancer', we could abstain from impulsive behavior and just be nice? It's hard to do, but I think it's worth trying. Building a good community starts with good user to staff interactions. Maybe try and keep the negative comments off public chat, and try to persuade reactive users into understanding the reasons they were punished ect.

I know I am sounding like a preacher, but one more thought:

I think people tend to build negative images of other people based on single events, and they put up blinders to the fact that they might be a nice person. There are real humans on the other side of the internet, and the things you say can still have an impact on them.
